I see no numbers (c.f. "I see no ships") - probably the reason why I failed one of my uni "milk round" job interviews!
It was for the BBC in the days ("some time" ago!) when they were in the infancy of developing colour (note the spelling!) TV and presumably needed people with good colour (again!) vision.
After doing all those tests, they asked me how I thought I had done, and I replied along the lines of "I think I did OK" - to which they said that I'd got the whole lot wrong! Thus no job with the BBC!
Funny thing was that I had taken the same tests at Primary School quite a few times - and nothing was said about possible colour (again, again!) blindness.
OTOH, as life progressed, it did become clear that I do have difficult in differentiating colours (again, again, again!) in the Red/Brown part of the spectrum - thus have to give way to SWMBO when it comes to choosing the colour (again, again, again, again!) of things like wallpaper, paint, furniture etc!
