I have four cameras a K1, two K1-Mark IIs and a KP. I have 13 lenses and after a couple years of trying all my lenses out, I have four lenses I like that our my favorite lens for my cameras.

My favorite lens for my K1 is the HD Pentax-D FA* 50mm F1.4 SDM AW. In fact if I could only use one camera and lens this would be my choice.

My favorite lens for my my first K1-Mark II is the HD Pentax-D FA 28-105mm F3.5-5.6 ED DC WR

My favorite lens for my second K1-Mark II is the HD Pentax-D FA 15-30mm F2.8 ED SDM WR.

My favorite lens for my KP is the DA* 11-18mm f/2.8 ED DC AW

Right now I have three favorite lens but I know the upcoming HD FA21mm is going to be my fourth and final lens

All right, let go. I shoot APS-C (K-7, K3 mostly). If I had to take only 4 lenses, I would take 2 Pentax and 2 Voigtlander lenses.
My 4 favourite lenses are in this particular order (from most to slightly less favourite):

Don't really have any 'favourites' - I use K10D, K20D, and I tend to choose the lens that will let me interpret the scene in front of me in the way I like. So, totally subjective rather than emotional attachment to any piece of equipment.

DA* 11-18/2.8 on the KP (a better lens than the DFA 15-30/2.8 IMHO - and yes, I have then both)

DFA* 50/1.4 on the K-1 Mark II

DFA* 70-200/2.8 on the K-1 Mark II (soon to be displaced by the DFA* 85/1.4)

DFA 150-450/4.5-5.6 on the KP (or better still on the K-new)

Tough ask. With my split photo persona. For jobs that I get paid for (fewer now in this Covid world. Grrr), I only need two "favourite" lenses, the DFA 24-70 f2.8 and the DFA 15-30 f2.8. Guess this is why Ricoh got 'em out quickly for the FF. However, I dislike both these lenses. So for personal use:

FA 77 Limited. There is just something about it on a K-1...
DFA 50 macro. If I want edge to edge sharpness for landscapes too. Light and clinically accurate.
DFA 55-300 plm on K3. This is my most recent purchase and I'm smitten with it for landscapes, especially for pulling out details.

Struggling with a 4th as all my other lenses have their places. So would I be allowed to put the 77 in first AND second place, please :-) ?

As an aside, in last place ... is my FA 31mm. Heresy! I just haven't been able to enjoy using this lens. I'd never sell it, though, as I'm sure it's me and I probably need to keep on trying to love it.

Unless I'm shooting birds then Tamrom 300 2.8 and Tamron 2x TC on K-1 and with the 1.7 AF Adapter on the K-3.

The 4 spot was a hard one to choose but I think I like the 100 macro more than the Laowa 12mm 2.8 but it was a hard choice. What I find most humorous is that 2 of those 4 lenses were ones I bought with the intention of flipping for a quick profit. As far as what else I have only one lens that I've never gotten to click with me. A good portion of it is because I got it because I needed a reasonably fast auto focus lens that night and it was the only one available locally. I was going to take pictures at the scout sledding night so I ended up with the DA 35/2.4. The lens never got much love from me so it has been kind of a vicious circle where I use it reluctantly because I never figured it it and because I use it very reluctantly I never figured it out.

Silly question, this is the home of lba, they are all favourites. 2 cameras, (K-3 & K-1), 13 lenses. I tend to go out with 1 lens mounted on camera + 2 more.
So
K-1 could be 43 mounted + 31 & 77 (wandering around somewhere new)
Other configs =
K-3 + DA*16-50, DFA*50 & DA*50-135 (Light and flexible)
K-1 or K-3 + Distagon 25, 50 and 100 Macros (Getting in close)
K-1 or K-3 + DFA*70-200 with 31 just in case (Compression)
K-1 + Super Takumar 50 or K55/1.8 or FA43 & FA77 (Old school manual, slow photography)

If we are just talking about Pentax glass then it's the FA 85, FA 77, FA 43, FA 31 in that order.
