Do you know where your camera body cap is ?

Not many of us pay much attention to the camera body cap that comes to with your brand new or used camera at least I don't. Usually we just leave it in the box and forget about it. However these camera body caps come in handy when it comes to storage, especially with digital cameras to protect the sensor from dust. I just ordered a Pentax camera body cap for my camera because I have the slightest idea where I put the original ?

Some are in the box that the camera came in, which are on the top self of a closet. Some are in the accessory pocket of my main camera bag.

Very handy when trying to fit K1 and DFA*70-200 in the same smallish sling bag with a couple of smaller lenses. They will only fit with the body lensless.

Even carry an original bayonet-version Body Cap K-Mount (#31007) in my bag, just in case, but haven't used it in years since, most of the time, there will be a lens on my K-3. Probably overkill over the simpler pop-on version and my inner need for neatness.

Originals are in their boxes, but for a few dollars I bought a package of 2 on eBay and have them tucked into a couple most used camera bags; just in case.

Yours are probably hanging out with mine!
Let me know if they show up.
For the life of me I can't find any of mine and ended up buying one just to ship a camera I just sold.

Thanks,
