One of my eyes used to see slightly more yellow than the other. Seems to have gone away. Maybe not wearing sunglasses or coat eyeglass lenses let the UV bleach out the yellowing.

Maybe there is thorium in the lens?

I have also a slight difference, I think in seeing yellow. But maybe it's just luminance. I am not sure. Depends a bit on the form on the day. I'll have to check my eyes anyway.

Good grief don't tell me this... at my age I'm more worried about focusing with the best eye available.

Thought everyone had this - my left eye is slightly 'warmer' in tone than the right, but I've had it all my life, and it's never worried me. Apparently some people also have both legs the same length - when I was cycling, I needed one crank at 172.5, the other at 175. Made cornering easier.

As others have posted above:
For many weeks after I had surgery to replace my lenses due to cataracts I perceived a blue shift in color rendition. In fact my bran had slowly changed its color signal in response to the yellowing (brown pigment deposit) side effect of the cataracts. All the symptoms you describe can be caused by cataracts. I would visit an Ophthalmologist for a survey and diagnosis.
