Antique store find - Camerz ZII

My wife and I were browsing through an antique store today when I saw this camera. It is a Camerz ZII that takes (took) 70mm film in 100 foot rolls. I took some pics of it with my dumbphone (old flip phone). However, I found this image on photrio.com that someone had grabbed from an e-bay listing, that looks much better. (I assume e-bay photos are public domain, so I don't feel bad about posting it here.) The one at the antique store had the 75-150mm Computar lens, hardcase and appeared to have all accessories and cords. The film magazine is electrically driven; the power cord plugs into the wall.

From Wikipedia:
The typical Camerz ZII setup includes a removable 100-foot magazine for 70mm film. This provides sufficient film for up to 700 exposures before reloading the film back. A card recording information about the shoot (school, class grade, student name, etc.) could be inserted into the top slot and this would be optically photographed onto each negative. A complete ZII kit packed in its hard case weighs approximately 31 lbs (14 kg). The 75-150mm f/4.5 Computar-Camerz lens strongly resembles Mamiya's early M645-system 75-150 zoom, but with a modified mount and aperture ring, and an additional lever clamped to the zoom ring so it will be accessible when recessed into the Camerz body.

Hi,

Did you buy it or don't you collect cameras?
How much did they want for it?

Regards,
Gordon.

I was afraid someone was going to ask me that. I glanced at the tag, and promptly forgot because I knew I wasn't going to buy it. The store is only 5 minutes away, so I could go back and check if anybody really wants to know.

I don't collect cameras, but I do own a 1910 era camera that is a family heirloom.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I was just curious that is all.

I would hate to see the shipping cost to Australia!

Regards,
Gordon.

Especially if the kit weighs 31 pounds (14 kg)!
