Mooncatt – You might want to use my yellow safety vest ploy. A high-visibility safety vest allows you to be almost invisible. You can go many places with no problem. I wander around railroad yards and often gets nods of hello, but no questions. Add a hard hat (dirty, not shiny new) and it is like you have a passport.

Also, if the Covid dies down enough and I can work out the logistics, I would like to pursue my
Girl with the Pearl Earring portrait idea. I live in what may be the most diverse county in the country, and my thought is to take portrait photos of girls and women from all races, cultures, and ethnicities while they are dressed and posed as in Vermeer's painitng.
