Interesting Old Spotting Scope

I wasn't sure about the K-Mart / Focal name, but it seems to have had an okay manufacturer, so for $20, I decided to give it a try.

Focal was K-mart's captive house brand for optics. It is hard to say who the maker was, but for $20, it might fit several purposes.

Nice find. I'm sure you will have fun trying it out. Does it accept a dslr adapter?

Should arrive any day now. I'm hopeful.

K-Mart, Sears, & JC Penny used Japanese suppliers in the '80s, and at some point switched to Korean manufacturers, of which Samyang was one. As I recall when handling them, the first Korean lenses seemed rough & crude compared to their earlier Japanese counterparts.
