Extreme Telephoto: not strictly divided by color, i guess up to 10 degrees
< Medium Telephoto: guessed 10 degrees up to around 26 degrees
< Moderate Telephoto: around 26 degrees to around 45 degrees
< Normal: around 45 degrees up to 60 degrees
< Moderate Wideangle: 60 degrees up to around 72 degrees
< Medium Wideangle: around 72 degrees up to 90 degrees
< Extreme Wideangle: 90 degrees and wider
As far as I know ultra wideangle is a synonym for extreme wideangle. The angle of view for your digital camera - lens (focal length) combo you can get by example via app photopills.
