Great idea for a thread, Peter! Thanks for posting this

Might I suggest that where folks have developed the film themselves, they mention (if possible) the developer used, agitation method, development time and push / pull info? Based on my limited understanding thus far, I believe these can all make quite a difference to the final result...

Hello,

Here are some in Black and White: All of these developed by Dwayne's and home scanned by me. Note that subtle differences may be lost in the scanning process as I scan to my contrast preference.

Kodak BW400CN C41 (35mm) Shot with Pentax KM

Shot with Ricoh 500

TMAX 400 (35mm) Shot with Asahi Pentax "AP"

Ilford Delta 100 (35mm) Shot with Honeywell Pentax H3v (SV)

Ilford Delta 100 (120 roll film) Shot with Yashica Mat 124G

Thanks,
Ismael

Very nice idea! I haven’t tried a huge variety of emulsions but I’ll have to check, there’s always something different in everyone’s archive. I think a comparison of the same film in different conditions might also be interesting. I saw some shots of XP2 super, for instance, that look much more interesting than mine (also developed by a dedicated lab). I’ll definitely share some stuff in here. Now it’s time to sleep...

Nice but why not post in one of the two existing film threads?

This is Fujicolor 100 which has been in a Ricoh Shotmaster Tru Zoom since 1992. I finished the roll in the last month and then had it developed at a lab and in exchange I got to keep the camera.

So I guess these are examples of poorly stored expired colour film.

Velvia 50. Edited with the slide on a daylight balanced lightbox next to the computer and adjusted to make the digital version as true to the original as I could get it.

Something a bit exotic. Spur Ultra R 800 developed in matching Spur Nanotech UR.

This is actually a high resolution document film meant for archiving. It resolves 800 LP/mm. The special developer allows using the film for normal photograpy providing good levels of grey.

Okay, I see. But I'd point out there is little info on the chemicals used on these lab developed shots. The other thread is the Post Your BW Film Shots. I see lots of different developers used there like Rodinal, PMK Pyro, D-23, Coffee, T-Max Developer, D-76, Diafine and more.
