My go to is a non hd 35mm ltd macro. While useless for wildlife it is a great general purpose lens. At least when the autofocus doesn’t scare away the natives.

For 2021 it was the DA*300, followed by DA55-300PLM, and then the DA 20-40
This year it has been the DA 20-40, DA*300, DA55-300PLM (all within 150 exposures of each other)

On my current kit it's the Lumix 50mm f/1.8, unsurprisingly as my standard prime. I like the feel of the Sigma I-Series lenses much more but there's no denying the Lumix is superb.

Most of my shooting these days is while walking in the woods. For that I carry two KPs, one with the 15 Limited, the other with the 55-300 PLM. If I'm carrying around just one camera in town it's usually a KP with the 21 Limited.

My go to lens for my K3Mkiii and my KP is the DA 18-135. Then my Sigma 17-50 f2.8. I also have the DA 50-300 and the DA 50mm 1.4.

I use the film-era "kit lens" SMC Pentax-F 1:4–5.6 35–80mm almost exclusively with my K10D, it's lightweight, has decent image quality and useful focal length range when paired with an APS-C camera.
With film camera I use the Super-Takumar 50/1.4 most of the time.

43mm 1.9 on APSC digital and with my film cameras, though I prefer the field of view on APSC. I'll never need another lens, really.

A big chunk of my photography is boat racing. My DA* 60-250mm on a Pentax HD 1.4x Teleconverter pretty much lives on my K-3 III. Here are several examples. All are cropped.
