Are you asking Santa for Pentax gear for Christmas? The Best of PF Nov 29 Poll

Thanksgiving has come and gone, and the Christmas season is in full effect! So...are you asking Santa to leave some shiny new Pentax gear under the Christmas tree for you this year? Assuming you're not on the Naughty List, let us know what you're wishing for this holiday season!

Santa will think I'm too greedy. I suppose I should only ask for one lens.

It’s all about Mrs Claus and her hermetically sealed pocketbook.

I ask. She chuckles. Life goes on.

I have way too much photography gear already, and way too much "stuff" in general I've no doubt Santa will be bring me a couple of bits and pieces, whether photography-related or otherwise, but it's all about the occasion for me... eating and drinking a little too well, sitting in front of a crackling log fire, watching the inevitable movie and sit-com re-runs on TV, and spending quality time with my family. That's the Christmas I'm hoping for, and if Santa could see his way to making it as comfortable, safe and uneventful as possible, I'll happily forego any material gifts

I'm asking Santa to bring Pentax more R&D money, more production facilities, and more advertising/marketing plans to actually let people know they're still for sale.

My ideal list would include an updated KP. Same layout of controls, roughly same size, more features, improved AF of the K-3III, etc.

If Pentax has more resources, then I don't mind having to pay for my purchases. If Santa, being a magical character, can help Pentax with their seemingly difficult tasks, well, that's where I'd want magical intervention.

Being too busy hauling around everyone else's SoCanNikon stuff, Santa at least arranged via his fulfilment office at MapCamera in Tokyo to have a minty black HD 21mm F3.2 Limited sent out to me. Arrived in perfect shape on my doorstep on Monday, packed with enough padding to safely ship a bottle of nitroglycerine. Pretty impressed by Santa's service, I should say.

I'm more interested in a DFA 70-300 that elves would have to design and build themselves at this point

Santa and my wife have no idea about photography so all the purchasing decisions need to be made by me.

So, Pentax is not working on K1 mk III, Santa's elves are!!!
I just hope the new K1 is not as mystical creature as elves are

Thanksgiving weekend saw our van break down with a coolant line rupture on the way home from dinner 30 miles from home, and the water pipe leading into the well pump spring a leak on Sunday morning. So, I'd prefer Santa to bring some cold, hard cash!
