Wow! The contrast between the clean eyes and teeth and the chocolate-covered skin is striking, as is the lighting and how much the face fills the frame. Not to mention the mixing of hair and sticky food! All very disturbing (in a very good way) and something I've not seen before. It gets a nomination from me!
