Certainly, f9, 1/100 sec, iso100, -1 exposure bias, lens @ 20mm. Handheld, and cropped from a landscape orientation with an out-of-level horizon.

Nice sunset, I especially like the clouds in front of the sun. Maybe you just have to crop it a little on the bottom side so that the elements and the horizon are more balanced.
