I actually don't know personally to the little girl, I ran into her when I was in a religious procession at 5am in a small town outside of Cajamarca in Perú. Maybe the loud sound of the musicians that accompanied the prossesion woke her up and she went outside to see what was happening, she seemed a little bit daze and confused.
