I nominate this photo. I've tried to capture rain portraits or rain candid shots before, and they never turn out as well as this. Looks like a busy street with busy people, and one woman brave enough to venture out. I like that the shutter was open long enough to see the rain drops move, but short enough to not blur the people.

Thanks for nominating my photo. I took quite a few shots of people rushing for cover so was able to adjust accordingly before this my best shot. I'm a novice having done one part of a three part introductory course. A long way to go before becoming a true amateur.
