Nice image. Well it and I like the setting for the subject. We have a different attitude to the red fox because it is an introduced animal and a declared pest here. I usually "remove" them from the environment. But a couple of years ago I came on some fox cubs and did not have the heart to do what I should. I took some photos with the Fujifilm S1800 I had with me. So here are mine (I hope they attach properly) - nowhere near as good as yours.

The title reminds me of Varro's famous etymology of vulpes or sometimes spelled volpes. Pes is Latin for "foot" and volāre is "to fly". The fox has feet that fly!
