I have take this photo of an old russian Airplane LI2, playing with the creative settings of my old Kx. The Malév text on the plane is the name of Hungarian national airways between 1946 and 2012. (In 2012 Malév had been shut down without successor)

Nice shot - gives the impression of this plane flying - so nice creatively used perspective and framing. I like the post processing however some of the details are lost - especially in highlights blown.. I do like the richness of the sky and overall the photo is making an impression like it was shot on slide. Some errors there but I do like it and therefore here is my nomination !

Absolutely.. and the colors are quite enjoyable too. These are essentially DC-3's under license from Douglas from what I gather. Enjoyed viewing a nice photo and learned a little something. win-win. And nominated for the nice photo!

i love the angle you chose to shoot this shot from, using the clouds in the background paid off wonderfully, i'm glad you kept it in colour
