No amount of post-production could have changed the fact that it was a cloudy day and that the only camera I had on me at the time was the one in my phone, a 1rst gen Motorola X. This photo was shot in the spring of 2011 in Aberdeen, MD and it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. Unfortunately I did not own my K-5ii at the time, but this very picture is the reason why I carry it with me where ever I go now. Nevertheless, I am happy with this shot despite it's poor image quality.

I can see why you love it, all those heads and ears peeking over the hill and the one full size on the rim. You did a great job framing them with the trees positiond just right.

I agree - it is a shame you didn't have your K5 while taking this shot - but I see your ability to spot an interesting composition and to frame it nicely - therefore I nominate this shot to hopefully be able to see your further submissions - with your K5 this time
