phenomenal shot! i nominate this photo! what a clear capture of what i'm sure was a moving snake. i love the detail you've captured and how centered he is.as you said look into my eyes.... that's all you can do with this shot

Nominate. I love that you placed the snake dead center. As we all know that can kill a photo, but its intense stare lends to its dead center placement. Excellent detail.

Once again - Thank you all for the kind words and nominations. I happen to be at the right place at the right time - the snake is the one who stopped to pose for me... I had told him to wait while I got my camera out of the truck and he did and then patiently posed while I made adjustments on the camera. I had only received my camera several weeks before.
