Nominated. Well executed!
I like strong and visible geometry. Rule of Thirds is used effectively; star trails leading the eyes from corner back to the bright center at a 45deg diagonal; A lot of negative space makes the eye cling onto the few prominent trees and add mystery.

I nominate this photo. Beautiful composition. Wonderful contrast between the crisp lines of the stars and the tree against the softness of the water and sky. Difficult shot to create, that was very well executed.
