I nominate this photo because it is unique and has a storyline. The man in the car has no idea of Sam's whereabouts.

I love this pic. Has a hint of mystery but watchfulness. Sam is on duty 24/7 and the city is safe. Love the colors and the playfulness of this photo. Nominated!

Why we can't have Sam in every city, guarding over the rights of all citizens, is just beyond me. I'm calling the White House, as someone needs to get on this. Stat.
