always tough capturing candid photos of kids during everyday life. I was stoked to get this shot of my beautiful daughter, mya, and my wife, amanda. The window of time to get this shot was half a second. A photo that friends and family love, and a photo that is a nice keepsake for my wife and I....photography is a wonderful thing!

I love photography that captures a moment of reality, and in terms of technical quality makes the best of the available circumstances. There are loads of beautiful studio shots in this gallery - but I agree with you that a key fascination with photography comes with its ability to capture and keep moments that you know do not return. You definitely did that here!
