Interesting perspective and I love the streak of gold from the sun or is that brass?
I would love to see this in B&W.

The gold is mostly from the sun. The nozzle sections do look like they were maybe anodized gold or were at least pretty shiny, but the color matches the inside rim of the fountain structure. I don't think they're brass, it looks like it has some sections that are rusting.

The day I shot this I had RAW turned off by accident, I would have liked to mess around a bit with it.
