This image was taken at Mt Rainier at Tipsoo lake at sunset. It was such a perfect and unforgettable moment and it remains my favorite shot. There was a lenticular cloud just before sunset and I was hoping it'll stay there for sunset, but it disappeared but this cloud streak started forming and was lit bright red at sunset. There was a lenticular the next day but this was still much better. I felt sorry for the other photographer whose battery died just as the show was at climax, which lasted only about 2 minutes.
