Now that you've hosted it in a post here, you can just put the image url between img tags in your first post.

Like this: [IMG ]https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/attachments/174-pentax-k-3-photo-contest/224071d1401291445-night-ashqelon-marina-imgp1996-copy-.jpg[/IMG ] but without the spaces.
