Pure genius as a concept, executed ... well, everyone else is using it and it's the most apt description ... brilliantly! It's important that you've composed this with the street scene at left, to establish the architectural space these beautiful living statues inhabit, and also to give the eye a split second before it registers them (since we're generally viewing from left to right), introducing that spark of surprise. You've certainly earned one of my votes!

What I want to know is how you ever conned them into climbing out there?
YES!
Great concept and execution.

Last night I could not think of the other inspiration this made me think of
but, I dreamed about them both last night: Wim Wender's Wings of Desire!
Your brilliant photo echoes his brilliant film!~

Very very tasteful.
The human form. The masters were right.
Great to see the very restrained use of Photoshop.
Beautifully posed and shot. Definitely the winner for me

Excellent and outstanding,Very brave models, looks cold wet and the metal capping on the balcony looks pretty slippery i expect you were worried about them falling.
