Leopard seal close up - antarctica wildlife

The leopard seal (Hydrurga leptonyx) is second only to the orca among Antarctica's top predators.
If shoot this Close up 2009 in the Antarctica from a dinghy on about 4 - 5 Meter distance. The leopard seal was lying on ice floe.

it was not that cold that day and sunny - around zero degrees temperature

I've shot there and they are quite beautiful but so fast and maneuverable, not even Penguins can change direction like them.
Very well done image. Makes me want to go back.

That's the face of a big, bad, predator? Sigh, but it's so CUTE and fuzzy and yeah, I know it could probably bite my arm off but it IS, lol. Then again I think leopards are positively scritch-able so what do I know?
