Overlooking the Little Missouri River in Theodore Roosevelt National Park in western North Dakota, December 27, 2010. Note that you can see a thin line of animal tracks crossing the river. It was bitterly cold, but we pretty much had the park to ourselves (and the animals), which was pretty neat!
