Moonrise at Sunset
Contest Number: 83 Contest Theme: The Sky Lens: FA50mm F2.8 Macro Camera: Pentax K-5 Shutter Speed: 1/250s Aperture: F4

In Edgewater Park of Cleveland, most of people was drawn by the beautiful sunset to a pier on Lake Erie on that day. I had to go somewhere to find a different spot to take a sunset shot, finally I was here. A slowly raised moon with beautiful sunset color, and a peaceful harbor with boats, those daily life's elements meet here so nicely. I took this shot with a 50mm lens, F4, 1/250s , just for a bigger and a clear moon, and it showed us the true sense what I felt that time. I kind of struggled with the composition with the 50 mm lens, because I always use 15mm f4 lens to do the landscape pictures.
