My apologies for not having the speed and aperture handy. Red-breasted Nuthatches are my favorite small bird here in Alaska. They tolerate people well - especially when you're feeding them. I've even had one land on the feeder lid as I'm refilling it. I put the peanuts out for the Stellers Jays and, from time to time, the Nuthatches do their best to pack off a small one. If there was a line item for it, I would have added "snow pants & fingerless gloves" to my list of equipment.
