Does pictures taken with Pentax lenses but non-Pentax bodies eligible?

Yes. As long as the camera maker is either Pentax or Ricoh, then any lens maker is acceptable.

Don't you think it's unfair since this is a Pentax forum not the dedicated Pentax camera or Pentax lens forum?

If I may suggest, we should either make it full Pentax or any combination, lens or the camera as long as one of them is Pentax.
