Raspberry Garnish

Jenny made a raspberry salad dressing recently using raspberries, olive oil (hence the olives and oil in the dish) and some other ingredients I can't remember. If anyone's super curious, let me know and I'll bug her for the recipe. Needless to say, it was delish

I can almost taste it so I had better nominate it.
If it was my photo I probably would have stuffed up the processing by trying to squeeze some more colour out of those raspberries.

I couldn't even imagine your photo not to get in top 3.. It's perfect really and professional looking. And truly makes me want to taste that thing.

So how about that recipe, would Jenny share it?

Thanks everyone!

As requested, here's Jenny's recipe:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- raspberries: depends on how "fruity" you want the dressing. I added an entire pack of raspberries, so it was a very sweet dressing. but you can add less and have it more on the neutral or even sour side. Maybe start with 1/4 pack and add more as you keep tasting
- pinch of sugar or sweetener

mix, et voila!

Thanks again for the support, and I'm glad that the first place winner was the gumdrops image - certainly the best of the lot and best fitting to the theme imo.
