I LOVE the fox! BUT! what does that pic have to do with the "wrapped, covered, packaged" as much as I like this photo it is DQ'd in my mind. To the photog save it and reenter in a more appropriate contest. Even the snail is a bit of a stretch, I know, I know he's covered.

Sure wish I had seen this earlier, but I guess I was busy running my mouth over in the Lounge and drinking all that free liquor while smoking those big fat cigars.....and missed an opportunity to show my little wrapped package.

I guess you can't do "Write In" votes here......but if you want, you can just give old Rupert a thumbs up for his "Shop Spider". That will be good enough for me!



BTW- Otis liked #2 best....who would have ever though Otis would pick a naked girl?

perhaps it is a turn of a phrase - "rapt" instead of "wrapped"

The fox is a beautiful photograph... Except for the nasty piece of chewing gum... Or am I mistaken and its something else? I know I'm peculiar in this regard, but it reminds me of when I venture far from human habitation and surrounded by the lush silence of nature and wait... What's that? A beer can, a shoe, fishing line, a condom... You name it-to me, a taint on an otherwise gorgeous environment. Art is like that for me when its nature or wildlife-I like it as pure as possible. Those are some fantastic photos, the umbrellas really grab me, the model in the shroud. I love these contests. Miso... Don't take your ball and go home! I'm new here too and its a great place. Glad you're speaking your mind but people tend to dismiss the opinions of those that walk away from things. Why change it if you're not going to participate any longer. Plus, it'd be a much better contest with newer, talented folks like you.
