This photograph taken by handheld with a combination of PENTAX K-3 + smc PENTAX DA Star 300mm F4 ED (IF) SDM + HD PENTAX-DA 1.4X AW Rear Converter; without any artificial interventions. It is completely natural within ethical rules.

Did I missed something ? It seems pecfect to me ! Am I the first to nominate this stunning picture ?
Anyway, I love the smooth background and great colors, the elegant composition, and the delicate details of an under rated specimen revealed with the lights and shadows.
My favorite picture so far, but I may have special taste ;-)

this is stunning. insect photos are always neat, but this one is particularly good. sharp focus. beautiful lighting. love the lines. amazing. nominated
