Photo was taken handheld. There were lovely clouds that evening... and unforuntely I left my tripod at the hotel.

It is not just the moon, the complex cloud hues reflected in the water have created a far more complex and interesting image than may be first apparent.

I think a moon shot needs a landscape to put it in perspective, and this photo does it perfectly.

I Nominate and what SandyM said so well... ! Mirrored shapes of moon and architecture, nature and man... water reflecting light, general composition and great exposures in a complex shot.
