Leafcutter bee, probably Megachile texana on a thistle. Busy little bees, gathering lots of pollen for the next generation.

It "Fills the Frame" is perfectly sharp on the subject[s] and totally blurred background to emphasise the main object[s]. A great deal of technical skill patience and skill was required to get the final result. Excellent.
