I was practicing with my new FA 50mm f/1.4 lens a few years back, taking pictures of my grand-daughter in the yard. She suddenly turned and made a beeline straight towards me. By dumb luck, the lens focused perfectly as I pressed the shutter button. If you look hard, you can see "Pa" in her eyes.
