When up north in Prince Rupert a few weeks back shooting a wedding, I discovered an abandoned house. The owner had passed on and the contents were left undisturbed for years.

Nominated. Like the composition, not so sure about the HDR!

A Winner Indeed

Love the low angle, love the junk, and love the look. I'm a big fan of an old house. It speaks volumes of the people who once were living, and called it home.

The low angle captured the feeling of abandonment. Nice job.

Looks like genuinely undisturbed and forgotten junk - one of the best three interpretations of the theme. Attention-grabbing low angle, leads the eye into the picture. Nice soft colours. Great use of wide-angle lens. Says something ghostly about the history of this place, asking questions but providing few answers.
