My September contest submission
Contest Number: 109 Contest Theme: Night Time is the Right Time Lens: Pentax DA 18-55 f3.5/5.6 Camera: Pentax K7 Shutter Speed: 1/8s Aperture: F4

Hello,

Here is my contest submission.. It seems to fit the file size requirement, but perhaps not the image size? But I'm not sure if I need to re-size it, or how to do so.
