This depicts motion, both upward and downward motion. The imagery is both beautiful and artistic. It seems to transcend the elements in the photo to what the essence of motion is. It is also multi-directional motion, since there also may be cross wind blowing the birds and the spray around. That's what it says to me, at a glance. I would choose this one as the overall winner.
