A few little spots of paint on a pencil shaving. Glued a toothpick to the bottom and painted it. Composite exposure in camera. Handheld macro. 7 images in this one picture. Post processing removed the toothpick where needed.

So many stunning pictures. Funny ones too for sure. Had a hard time to choose my favorite but yours is. Simplicity and just the idea struck me.

always loved to do something with these 'trash' off pencil sharpeners but never got to the point of truly doing it ...
now, you gave me great ideas, thanks!
