I am actually very proud of this photo. It was taken when I was very new to DSLR photography and night photography. It was taken in Arches National Park in Utah. I took a photo of the moon with an inexpensive Tamron 70-300 lens. I used the Multiple Exposure function in the k-10D and took the second photo with the DA Fisheye 10-17mm lens at a shutter speed of approximately 25 minutes. The result is an impossible star trail with a sharp image of the moon. Waiting for almost a half hour (then another half hour for the noise reduction function) was totally worth it! |
