Taken in SALON-DE-PROVENCE before the lunchtime rush. The original photo needed more pizzazz to it. So, I converted it to black and white, adjusted contrast and added film grain and clarity. It really brings out light, shadows and the texture. The image has a grainy feel, but also tranquil lines and curves. The angular perspective of the cobblestone and fence is perpendicular to the uprights and door and window frame in the background. Lots of liner converging lines are sharing the observer's view of the curved bentwood seats. The smooth round form of the chairs are contrasted by the textured weave of the backing. I don't normally go for a grainy effect but this time I did.
