I actually am not sure of the aperture as I was using my M 50mm f1.4 on my recently purchased K-50. The ISO setting was 800. I am still learning digital photography This shot had the best sharpness of the series I took, but it had some weird refraction from a filter I had on. So I fiddled with contrast to using the SilkyPix software that came with the camera to hide the green blobs.
