a clear picture of the real building - at what time of the day it was taken?

Thanks for your comments.
It was very early morning. 0541 CET if my calculations are correct. I never change the time in the camera and the photo data says 1341 which is Eastern Australian Time (EST).
If I remember correctly CET is 8 hours behind Eastern Australian Time and this variation seems to be confirmed by photos containing clocks taken around that area.
Does that sound reasonable to you as a 'local', please?

HI YM-Mundrabilla, very early in the morning sounds correct to me because the sunlight came from a flat angle from the left side. This avoids any shadows at the building but some from the trees. And no wind keeps the river Dabube smooth.
