500 gates

Some of the 5000+ tori gates of Fushimi Inari shrine in Kyoto, Japan. The trail through the gates spans approximately 4km up a mountain side and takes a couple of hours to walk around. This picture was taken during a hot July day with temperatures around 38 Celsius.
