Westfield Heron Reserve in Kelmscott, Western Australia. On my afternoon walk with the dog and camera.
Shot with an infrared modified DSLR camera, 1RAW HDR in Photomatix pro5
Have a look at the ‘Electro-magnetic spectrum’ there is only a tiny slice that we can see.
Visible light is 400-700nm and my camera ‘sees’ in the 650-1000nm range and then converts it to a suitable range for our eyes. As chlorophyll reflects IR it will show up bright.

Model PENTAX K10D IR680nm
Lens Pentax DAL 35 mm f2.4
Shutter Speed 1/400 s
F-Number f/8
ISO ISO 100
Exposure Bias Value 0.00 eV
Metering Mode Pattern
Flash Flash did not fire, compulsory flash mode
White Balance Manual white balance

I nominate this one for it's uniqueness (not sure if that's a word...lol).

When I buy a K1 someday I might convert my K3 over to IR. I think IR photography is fascinating!

Thanks for the comment, and it must be a work cos i seen it on the internet.

The k10 is getting a bit old having done well over 20 000 IR photos and 10MP is small compared to modern cameras.
The converted camera has been so much better than IR filters and am planing to do the same as you with the k3 in the future.
