The theme for the official PentaxForums photo contest for November, 2017 is:

Fall Colors

This month we're soliciting photos of fall colors with some beautiful lighting to it. Our users from down under are welcome to present spring colors should they so desire . We wish you good luck!

Remember: your submission must be taken with a Pentax camera or a Ricoh digital camera and be scaled to web-friendly resolution. After clicking on the link above, attach your photo using our attachment system (preferred) or link to an external image. Only 1 submission per person.

You would think so but not everyone travels from their home state.
And if one reads the full rules, clickable under the last sentence above, you'll see an entry can be from any time, not just the month of the contest.

Submissions do not have to be taken in the same month as the contest unless otherwise specified

Taken up in North GA on a would-be camping trip with my nephew. This is my first photo contest entry so hopefully I'm not messing something up! Brand new to photography and started with a Pentax and couldn't be happier that I did!

Welp. I don't get to play anymore. I blew it. I couldn't pick just one. I didn't read the rules. I knew in my heart but nothing official. sorry everybody. It's on me. I hang my head in shame and apologize deep in my heart. Sad. I will never be able to take part in one of these. My pics don't even begin to compare. Way out of my league.
