Was hard decision between 5 photo's but after breaking down the elememts in the photo's 5&6 had the most elements to get right most other inages only had 2-3 elements then it was a choice which I liked the most but the one I liked the most of those two wasn't the best I found number 6 to be the one for me. No. 12 was extremely nice but composure isn't right for me The boat needed to be 6-12mm more to the left.

Really tough choice, it was between 3, 6 & 15 for me. Being a landscape lover I went for 6, beautiful composition.

Definitely #12. The hands on deck in a quiet tranquil bay with glassy sea screams safe harbor. Technically, it doesn't appear to be highly edited.

This batch necessitates making the most difficult choice I remember having to make for these contests. Usually there are three or four that really stand out for me and I just have to choose among those few, but these are all just super.

A lot of really great photos. To me, boats that won't float are no longer boats so I eliminated them right off, but that still left a lot of hard choices. Settled on 12. Be interesting to see what the end result of the vote is.

All are wonderful shots and it is hard to choose, so much enjoyment from the people who submit photos to the contest.

Loved this one, all were perfect. This is something I have not seen, so it is my choice. All are a #1 choice.

As usual all of the finalist are outstanding . Since boats seem to be a regular challenge in many clubs and open competition I decided to go with the one that I found to be the most creative.
My opinion was the different take of the subject by the maker of # 14.
My last gold medal was at last years 2017 Wilmington International showing a classic view of Venice Gondolas, not nearly as creative as this one.

8 has the best look to me. I can't stand anything with writing on it that wasn't in the original photo itself. It doesn't make your photo look any better by photo-shopping a logo on it so you can advertise your awesomeness.
