Dresden Heath on a tranquil morning in August (b/w)

Spotting the scene on an earlier morning stroll with the dog, I had only taken a quick high-ISO shot of it but had sensed the potential. When, nine days later into our holiday, my wife woke me to glorious morning light and suggested I might want to join her on another iteration of the stroll to get my photo, I knew it was time to do things properly from a sturdy tripod, and I'm glad I did.
